COVID-19 PROTOCOL

We want to have a safe, fun time while observing health guidelines set by the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization, including, but not limited to, wearing a mask at the campground, maintaining a distance of 6 feet between other participants, and washing hands often. Please respect the safety and experience of the community by making every reasonable effort to adhere to and follow guidelines regarding Covid-19 protocol.

COVID-19 Guidelines

In order to provide the safest experience possible, we require and expect each participant to observe the following guidelines:

  • If you are sick, have a fever, or have been exposed to COVID-19, stay home.
  • Upon arrival, you must sign the “Affidavit to prevent coronavirus” mandated by the Ministry of Tourism of Neuquén, stating that if you begin to exhibit symptoms you will give notice and isolate yourself.
  • Provide PCR documentation that you’ve tested negative within the past 48 to 72 hours, from time of taking the sample to time of arrival.
  • Rapid tests will be given to those exhibiting symptoms, and samples can be sent for results by the Medical Staff.
  • Staff will be monitoring temperatures and will do random checks.
  • Staff will be wearing PPE.
  • Wear a mask at the campground
  • Maintain a distance of 6 feet between other participants outside of your immediate group

·  Common areas, such as bathrooms, showers, hand washing and drinking water stations, will be cleaned and sanitized thoroughly, regularly and frequently.

Guide to Low-Risk Behavior

  • Maintain physical distance at all times
  • Especially in common areas such as sanitation stations and dining areas, stay 6 feet apart
  • Wear a mask whenever possible
  • Wash hands frequently, for 30 seconds with soap
  • Use hand sanitizer after contact, especially with high-touch areas
  • Common areas such as bathrooms and showers will be sanitized frequently by staff, each space will also have the necessary products for you to sanitize before and after use.
  • Stay outside / avoid indoor spaces
  • Boost your immune system
  • Avoid over-intoxication
  • Bring your own maté
  • Hug with your eyes!
